1. Services Provided

Ardena Paterson Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Emergency services are available 24/7 and will be scheduled based on urgency and availability.

4. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during service. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not identified during the initial assessment. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to obtain permits on your behalf.

5. Liability and Insurance

Ardena Paterson Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees or property, damage caused by acts of nature, or damage resulting from conditions that were not disclosed or discoverable during our initial assessment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. Any specific warranties or guarantees will be provided in writing at the time of service.

7. Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified, our services include removal of debris generated by our work. Wood chips, logs, or other materials may be left on-site at your request. We will make reasonable efforts to leave your property clean and tidy, but some minor debris or evidence of equipment use may remain.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Passaic County, New Jersey.
